About

This project explored how to broaden the appeal to younger users while ensuring continued value for the existing user base. The ambition was to develop a more user-friendly search and booking service that improves upon today’s solutions, making it easier to gain an overview and compare hotels, flights, and journeys in a clear and intuitive way.

The target group included both those who enjoy traveling together and those who prefer having a well-structured plan. The concept aimed to accommodate different travel styles while creating a seamless and engaging user experience.

The project involved a range of methods, including workshops, mapping, visualisations, user journeys, user testing, desktop research, trend cards, prototyping, and both traditional and explorative interviews.

I led the creative direction, focusing on translating insights and ideas into concrete service design solutions. The project was carried out over a period of three months.
